How does it work?
The client will provide their staffing requirements and engage us in sourcing staff and labour either short-term, long-term, seasonal, or to meet once-off demand.
The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment as per Fair work and for paying labour-hire staff’s hourly rate (which includes our service fee).
We as an agency will take care of everything including payments to staff/labour engaged including all other statutory, as per relevant Act and legislative charges like Superannuation etc.
